After 14 months in court I recently completed my final hearing, this was regarding a child arrangements order, PR, Name on the birth certificate and a change of surname for my now nearly 18 month old son. For the first 7 months I employed a solicitor which other than draining my bank account and creating further animosity between myself and my ex partner didn’t really achieve much!
