We approached MSPC for repair of a digital read out for a milling machine as the manufacturer no longer provides aftercare. The unit was repaired promptly and at a very reasonable price. Mark provided a detailed explanation of the work undertaken as well. Very impressed, highly recommend.

They fixed my electric skateboard! I had almost given up. i had asked various companies to look at my electric skateboard no one seemed interested in it, luckily found them online and they were happy to have a look. Highly recommended.

After speaking to Sarah who was so polite to help me I realised they were officially closed for xmas but Mark helped me with a problem with my MacBook Air which had been gathering dust. I’d tried for days to get it to reinstall the operating system and after so much frustration of errors and trawling forums for solutions of which I’d tried them all I popped over and he said ‘try putting the highest supported version of OS X on a USB and keep wifi off. That sounds somewhat obvious but actually it isn’t, Apple goes for the original OS version so it was the wifi off bit that did it. And Bingo. A doorstop, albeit a light doorstop to a fully working nice fast MacBook Air that’s very saleable. Highly recommended! You can’t buy that experience and I thought I knew a lot, clever chap and so kind. Cheers, Adam.

I came across MSPC Repairs, whilst looking for a local and reliable Laptop repair company. I am always cautious about using new companies, especially when it's with high value goods like PCs etc. I have had a lot of negative experiences with PC World recently, who have sent my laptop away twice for diagnosis and on both occasions told me the machine was operating fine. However I knew there were issues and eventually these issues got worse. My laptop was with Mark for less than 24 hours and he was able to accurately diagnose the fault and get my laptop back up and running. I was able to secure detailed feedback on the fault, with a choice of options to resolve, depending on my budget. I then went to collect my laptop and met with Sarah, who was equally as friendly and professional as Mark and made me feel I was in safe hands. Repaired on old but fully working ipod screen as it was smashed. Price was reasonable and repair time was reasonable also. Had a slight issue with the repair but that was fixed straight away. Lovely, friendly couple. Would come back again if needed and would recommend to anyone.

I have used MSPC Repairs a couple of times for replacement phone screens. They have been a fair price but the standard of work was very good. Good communication of timescale and couldn't tell afterwards I had a replacement screen. 🌟

I cannot praise MSPC repairs highly enough - they offer a professional, quality service at a very fair price and Mark and Sarah are such lovely people to deal with they, they can’t do enough for you. So far they’ve replaced phone screens and phone batteries for me, repaired laptops, a PC and a SatNat - I’d recommend them for all electronic repairs.

My iMac hard drive finally said farewell. I had a reasonable quote for a replacement HD drive and was also offered an upgrade to a Solid State Drive for a very reasonable cost from Mark. There were a few minor hiccups which were dealt with and now I have a computer which is so fast and with a 500GB SDD. I would recommend.

Mark and Sara provided a brilliant service, they repaired the screens on my Samsung Galaxy S3 and Ipad within 24 hours ... Mark knows his stuff and I'm sure this screen will last a lot longer than the previous one which I had repaired in Cheltenham ... both devices came back fully charged ... a really friendly service at reasonable prices ... highly recommended! Originally went to get a broken ipod LCD screen fixed, but during repairs other complications arose, which were sorted free of charge. Offered good value for money for the main repair, very happy with the service.
