Oli is a quietly confident and extremely effective leader and with his excellent project management skills he kept the project on track, minor changes were considered and implemented seamlessly, and there were no hidden extras. The quality of the dormer loft conversion and en-suite is beyond our expectations, was value for money and will undoubtedly have increased the value of our property! Oli was ably supported by a small team of tradesmen who were equally committed to achieving his high standards, such that project was completed to a high spec, in good time and on budget; a friendly, engaging team who were reliable, always there when they said they would be and cleaned the site at the end of each day (an important factor when working from home and the building work is going on around you). During the tendering process and prior to the project start Rachel provided clear, concise and timely communications and managed the stage payment process, which I found to be a good way of keeping a track on project milestones - this excellent and timely communication instilled a great deal of confidence in the DHM Loft Conversions right from the start.
