Whilst Mark’s damp ingress survey seemed good the action taken to investigate was undertaken by rather unskilled labourers and when unnecessary exposure work which will be expensive to replace was done without explanation we decided to end our employment of him. His manner was both charming and at times felt bullying as he was unwilling to listen or explain what he was doing. We had two further surveys done which reassured us that we had made the right decision to fire him. For what he achieved he was very expensive.
